SWRHS ProStart teams place in state competition

Southwestern Randolph High School's ProStart Team recently placed 4th in the state in the culinary division. The competition took place February 25-27 at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte. 

The Culinary Cougar menu consisted of Squid Ink and Scallops Pasta with Cherry Tomato and Fresh Herb Sauce, Center Cut Filet Mignon with Mushroom Risotto, and White Almond Cake with Fresh Raspberry Jam and Chocolate Ganache. It tasted as good as it sounds!
